Job Summary

• Operation and responsible in Environmental management system in company, monitor to assure compliance of EMS law and or regulations with respect to company rules of the EMS.
• To monitor the Safety practice of all contractor/supplier, visitor in compliance with company rule & regulation and EMS 14001 system.
• Control and take care pest control system.
• Perform work in occupational Health. Safety and environmental as supervisors assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking/ inspecting and Make recommendations for compliance wi th laws relating to Environment Management System includes to improve environment condition in workplace of employee.
• Task analysis for environment impact ,and risk assessment ident ification. Including define the measure to control environmental impact, and safeguards and control procedures to work safely presented to the supervisors.
• Assessment of the performance of the employee and various contractors /suppliers activities and control to comply to the plans, environment objective , and safety rules.
• Encourage employee, contractors /suppliers to comply with regulations and manuals on environment and safety at work.
• Make recommendations to supervisors to ensure environment and safety, proper functioning of the company, and continue an effectively development.
• Conduct HSE and other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Activities

• To set up the monthly and weekly environment and safety inspection plan.
• To follow up the corrective/ preventive action as according to environment and safety inspection finding as scheduled.
• To training for environment and safety for contractor/supplier who working on site, and record and report to supervisor.
• To follow up a yearly continue development plan for environment and safety, and to follow up continue development as planned.
• To control and follow up “Pet Control” program, co-ordinate with area owner ,related person and “pet control” service provider with follow up plan and report to supervisor.
• To control and follow up “Waste Management” program, co-ordinat e with area owner, related person and “Waste disposal” service provider with follow up plan and report to supervisor.
• To assessment environmental law & requirement, prioritize, and development plan for compliance improvement to supervisor.
• Implement communication program on environment aspect and communicate to the employees.
• Conduct other tasks of environment and occupational health and safety as assigned by supervisor.
• To conduct safety inspection for employee at working place of all department and report as planned.
• To conduct safety inspection for contractor at working place of all area and report as planned.
• To follow up of the performance of the various contractors and suppliers activities and recommend for improvement.
• To follow up the corrective/preventive action as according to safety inspection finding.
• Check the emergency equipment effectiveness of fire extinguisher and emergency light according to the plan and ensure that the conditions are always available and recorded.
• Report on the accident or any other incident to supervisor immediately when finding and offer suggestions to improve.
• Checking, Changed, Control and Report relate Pest Control System.
• Work in compliance with the company’s Health, safety & environm ent policy and procedures, regulations, requirement and manual.
• Report any incident, accident, near miss and any violations of the HSE or safe work practices including malfunctioning of the equipment or workplace hazards that he/she is aware of to the direct supervisor.
• Follow the health and safety procedures related to the job functions, which includes the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safe operation of equipment, machinery, tools and handling of hazardous substances.
• Conduct EMS and safety tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Conduct other work tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety & Environment, or Environment Engineering, or the others equivalent field that sufficient to perform functions of this position.
• 1-2 experience in Health Safety and Environment work in manufacturing field.
• Good English communication skill will be advantage.
• Good relationship, co-operative and team-working oriented.
• Accurate service mind and proactive.
• Good HSE professional knowledge, including computer skills.
