Job Summary

Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime, resolve production issues to ensure compliance with quality standards, and perform routine operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibility

• Maintain production processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve production issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of production processes.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and replacing parts, to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation including MAF, BPR, SOP, and reports.
• Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Apply knowledge of GMP standards and other relevant quality and safety regulations (especially in pharmaceuticals or related industries).
• Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Support ISO 14001 activities and energy-saving initiatives.
• Perform all assigned departmental activities according to schedules.

Job Qualifications / Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; an engineering background is preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a production engineering role.
• Previous experience in packing or production operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging machines and equipment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of production processes and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• English communication skills.
