Job Summary

The Human Resources & Administration plays a key role in design ing, developing, and managing employee learning and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and capabilities in alignment with the organization’s goals and strategies. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of Human Resources Development (HRD) processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to support both HR and administrative functions effectively.

Key Responsibility

• Plan, analyze, and develop employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Design, coordinate, and implement training activities, includin g evaluating training effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support leadership development initiatives and organizational culture transformation programs.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external communications, inc luding disseminating company announcements, news, and activities to employees, as well as li aising with trainers, consultants, and external service providers.
• Provide administrative support and assist with other Human Resources activities and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related functions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office programs.
• Service-minded, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
