Production Staff 2-Secondary Manufacturing (Packing)

Job Location

Ayutthaya Office (Hi-Tech Industrial Estate)

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery following established procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, proper maintenance, and operational efficiency.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production and quality standards.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper alignment and security.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and replacing parts, to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Operate, clean, and perform minor maintenance on packaging machinery.
• Follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment to maintain smooth production flow.
• Comply with GMP, safety, and hygiene standards throughout operations.
• Record production data and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Possess knowledge of GMP standards or other quality and safety regulations (especially in pharmaceuticals or related industries).
• Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Support ISO14001 activities and energy-saving initiatives.
• Perform all assigned department activities according to schedules.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications

• Vocational certificate, High vocational certificate or diploma certificated in any field (Industrial technique, Mechanic, Manufacturing technique).
• Previous experience in packing, production operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging machines and equipment is an advantage.
