Job Summary

The role of Production staff 3 (technical support) is to support production activity, prepare detergent, clean and sterile the utensils for production process, maintain cleanliness of cleanroom area of primary manufacturing at BioNet-Asia Co., Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare gowning for production staff and visitors.
• Operate equipment /machine of technical support area.
• Maintain consumable in clean room area to meet production demands.
• Inspect work, housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
• issue purchase requisition for consumable, equipment and housekeeping equipment.
• Distribute the sterile 70% ethanol for automatic dispenser.
• Preparation of logbook and other documents as per the regulatory requirements.
• Work in compliance with the company’s Health, safety & environment policy and procedures, regulations, requirements and manual.
• Report any incident, accident, near miss and any violations of the HSE or safe work practices including malfunctioning of the equipment or workplace hazards that he/she is aware of to the direct supervisor.
• Follow the health and safety procedures related to the job functions, which includes the use of personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safe operation of equipment, machinery, tools and handling of hazardous substances.
• Work in compliance with the company’s Health, safety & environment policy and procedures (SO14001), regulations, requirement and manual and energy management.
• Compliance to clothing, health and safety practices, Biosafety practices as per the regulatory requirements.
• Handing of equipment and maintenance follow up with complete documentation.
• Responsible for department housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Other jobs assigned by superiors to support the organization achievement as well as cooperation in company rule and regulations, safety policy and all activities according to company policy.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of science in any related fields.
• 0-2 years in Bachelor’s degree of related experience in cleanroom, pharmaceutical or food industry.
• Having knowledge Basic Hygiene regulations.
• Good communication skills.
• Fair in English and computer literacy, especially in Microsoft word and excel.
