Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator – IT Function with a focus on IT projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the main coordinator for the IT projects, Including system evaluation, implement, rollout, update, and troubleshooting.
• Drive and coordinate with the internal stakeholders and outsour cing team to ensure project delivery to meet requirements, objectives, and timeline.
• Create, execute, and update project plans.
• Ensure project documents and quality documents are completed.
• Research and implement innovative technologies to support users’ operations and management’s requirements
• Manages day-to-day IT operations.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineer or a related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience. Experience in projects related to data management and digital transformation will be beneficial.
• Good command in English.
• Good project management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to adopting new technologies.
